Every RestHaven order ships with tracking.
Where to find your tracking number
- When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a tracking link.
- Click the link to see where your parcel is, or paste the number into the carrier's website.
- Can't find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder, or look up your order in your order confirmation email using the "View your order" button.
Tracking not updating?
It can take a few days after shipping for the first scan to appear. If there's been no update for 7 days, or your parcel is past the delivery estimate shown at checkout, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.
