Shipping costs
Shipping is included in our prices. The price you see is the price you pay, with no shipping fee added at checkout (taxes or import charges may apply depending on your address).
Delivery times
Your estimated delivery time is shown at checkout before you place your order. Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier after payment, and the estimate includes both processing and transit time.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse you'll get an email with your tracking number and link. You can also check it on our Track order page.
If your order is delayed
If we can't ship your order within the estimate you saw at checkout, we'll email you with a new estimate. You can then choose to wait or cancel for a full refund, no questions asked.
Where we ship
The countries we ship to are listed at checkout. Import duties or taxes charged by your country, if any, are the buyer's responsibility.
Wrong address or lost parcel
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If tracking shows your parcel as lost, contact us and we'll resend it or refund you. See our Returns & Refunds page for damaged or wrong items.
